Use as a table-top device
Attach the four self-adhesive feet on the bottom of the device. Place your device on a solid,
level base.
Wallmounting
To attach the devices bintec RS232x to the wall, use the brackets on the back of the hous-
ing.
Warning
Before drilling, make sure that there are no building installations where you are drilling.
If gas, electricity, water or waste water lines are damaged, you may endanger your life
or damage property.
Kensington Lock
The devicesoffer the option to fit a Kensington Lock. The opening required for this can be
found on the right side of the housing.
3.4.2 Connectors
bintec RS232j , bintec RS232jw and bintec RS232j-4G have a 4-port gigabit switch, a
gigabit LAN/WAN connector, an ADSL interface (Annex B / J), a BRI(S0) interface and a
serial interface and a USB connector. bintec RS232j-4G has connectors for 2 external
UMTS/LTE antenna.
