7.2 Ventilation
The user must carefully check that the ventilation grids are not obstructed on the rear of the
cabinet. An external cleaning of the front dust-filter should be periodically made with a Vacu-
um cleaner if necessary. Replacement has to be done periodically as well.

with the same rating and type.

7.4 BCS-8xx power contour plots
Hereunder are presented the power contour plots for the BCS-8xx series instruments. These
plots indicate the maximum power each instrument can deliver for different cable lengths.
These specifications are indicated for an ambient temperature of 23°C. Operation over 23°C
will produce a decrease in the maximum power generated (de-rating).
