Target weight
Specifies the target weight per portion in the selected SI unit (g
or lb).
Target weight offset
Correction value for products whose cut portions are generally
overweight or underweight.
The correction value can be used to compensate the deviation
between the actual portion value and the entered target weight.
These values are based on experience and depend on the spe-
cific product. They are stored in the PLU.

Specifies the number of shingle rows deposited crosswise to
the running direction in a portion.
