Handler Operation
The definition for the signal line
The Handler interface has 3 signal lines: comparison output, control output and control
input. The output signals for the BIN comparison or list sweep comparison functions are
detailed below:

Comparison output signal
BIN1-BIN9
AUX
OUT
PHI (the main parameter is bigger than the high limit)
PLO (the main parameter is low)
SREJ (The test result is outside the valid range)
Control output signal
INDEX (Analog test finished signal)
EOM (Test ended and the compared data effective)
ALARM (Circuit interruption)
Control input signal
EXT.TRIG (External trigger signal)
Keylock (Key lock).

The DC provider pin for the optoelectronic coupling
signal (/EXT_TRIG, /Key Lock, /ALARM, /INDEX, /EOM)
