Troubleshooting

Place the toner cartridge into the protective bag.

Open the delivery selection cover.

Tilt the two pressure release levers of the ﬁxing unit toward

you to release the pressure from the ﬁxing unit.

If you ﬁnd jammed paper in this step, proceed to the next step without removing it.
