Assembly
Remove the bolt (19).
Remove the bush (18) from the front support (20).
Remove the bushes (21) from front support (20).
Remove the bush (17) and the thrust washer (16)
from axle housing (15) only if necessary.
NOTE: it is advisable to heat the bush (17) to make
easy this operation; this is a destructive operation
for the bush.
Insert the thrust washer (10) into the differential sup-
port.
Heat the bush (9) at 110÷120 °C then assemble it to
the differential support.
If necessary assemble the bush (9) with a pad and
a hammer.
Assemble the seal ring (13) to the cover (11) with
the special tool 380002432 and a hammer.
Assemble the new O-ring (12) into the cover (11).
Lubricate the O-ring (12) and the seal ring (13).
