Use Rubber Pad Shoe and Road Liner
Forbidden operation
Particularly the following jobsites must be avoided:
Operating and turning in sharp hard rock gravel, I-beam, iron or steel, it may cause damage to
the rubber pad shoe and road liner.
In places where there are a large number of pebbles, stones can squeeze into and damage
the rubber pad shoe and the road liner, or make the crawler board fall off. The service life of
the rubber pad shoe and the road liner can be shortened if the track board is carried out when
the crawler board is skid.
Don't let oil, fuel or chemical solvents on rubber pad shoe and road liner. If the material is on
the pad shoe, remove it immediately. In addition, don't walk on the oil road.
When the machine is stored for a long time (three months or longer), should be stored in the
machine room, to prevent the sun and rain.
Do not use the machine in high temperature areas, such as the burning of wood, the hot sun
exposure of the steel plate or the place has been paved with asphalt.
Do not move the machine in the case of one side of the track with the working device, this will
damage the rubber pad shoe and make it plate off.
When the rubber part of the road liner is worn or damaged, or the bolt head is installed, the
track plate should replace at once. If the bolt head is broken, it will be difficult to remove.
When install the road liner must be to all sides of the link. If installed only in part on the chain,
its durability will be significantly reduced.
Extend the service life
When working, observe the following points:
Avoid turning on the concrete pavement.
Avoid sudden changing in the direction of walking, so that the rubber pad shoe and the road
liner is too early wear or damage.
When crossing a large gap between the place, should avoid steering operation, When
crossing the divide large obstacles or place, should make machine go straight across
obstacles to prevent crawler plate off.
If machine has been used when the bucket is lifted, slowly falling.
To avoid the extrusion of the oil material (beans, grains or oily vegetables) job, or wash
machines after using.
To avoid damaging the steel core adhesion material, such as salt, ammonium sulfate,
potassium chloride, potassium sulfate or calcium super phosphate operation, or wash
machines after using.
Salt can destroy the steel core near the attachment, so avoid working in the beach area.
When the salt, sugar, wheat and beans during the operation, if the rubber pad shoe and road
liner have deep scratches, these substances will enter the rubber lines or scratch, to repair
the rubber pad before using.
Don't involve scraping wall or concrete embankment work.
In the snow or frozen road, rubber pad shoe and road liner is very easy to slip. When walking
or working on the ramp, pay attention not to slip.
When working in a cold area, the characteristics of rubber pad shoe and road liner will change,
which will shorten the service life of the rubber pad shoe and road liner.
Use a machine equipped with rubber pad shoes or road Liner in the ambient temperature
range of -25°C to 65°C due to the properties of rubber.
When the bucket operating, pay attention to the rubber pad shoe and road liner don't be
damaged by bucket.
We must make rubber pad shoe maintain appropriate tension to prevent loss.
