From Cisco Unified Communications
Manager Administration, choose
Device > Phone > Phone
Configuration.
Indicates whether the phone will use Enbloc
dialing. If “Enabled”, the phone uses Enbloc
dialing when possible. If “Disabled”, the phone
does not use Enbloc dialing. You should
disable Enbloc dialing if either Forced
Authorization Codes (FAC) or Client Matter
Codes (CMC) dialing is in use.
Default: Enabled

Media Configuration Menu
The Media Configuration menu displays whether the headset, speakerphone, and video capability (SCCP
phones only) are enabled on the phone. This menu also displays options for recording tones that the phone
may play to indicate that a call may be recorded. The following table describes the options on this menu.
