DLP-G790 Create a Static LMP Connection
This procedure creates a static LMP connection
between NCS 4000 (UNI-C) and NCS 2000 (UNI-N)
nodes for OCH unnumbered tunnel creation.

Procedure
Step 1 In network view, click the Provisioning > LMP tabs.
Step 2 Click Create.
Step 3 In the LMP Creation pane, complete the following:
From the Originating Node drop-down list, choose the required node or choose Add Router if the router
is not yet present in the network.
Enter the IP address of the node in the Communication Channel field.
From the Mode drop-down list, choose the required mode. The options available in the Local Interfaces
drop-down list changes based on the selected Mode.
From the Local Interfaces drop-down list, choose an interface.
From the Interfaces Configuration area, select the UnNumbered radio button for NCS 4000 node or
Numbered radio button for Cisco CRS.
Step 4 Click Next.
Step 5 In the LMP Termination pane, complete the following:
Enter the IP address of the interface.
From the Terminating node drop-down list, choose the required node.
In the Rx Port Selection area, choose the required port from the Unit drop-down list.
In the Tx Port Selection area, choose the required port from the Unit drop-down list.
Step 6 Click Next.
Step 7 In the Optical Parameters pane, enter the description, label and so on (optional) and click Next.
