Removing the PCIe Card
The server has eight (8) PCIe cards, each secured by one M3x L4mm Phillips screw, for a total of eight screws.
Gather a #2 Phillips screwdriver.

For Recyclers Only! This procedure is not a standard field-service option. This procedure is for recyclers
who will be reclaiming the electronics for proper disposal to comply with local eco design and e-waste
regulations.

Step 1 Using the screwdriver, remove the PCIe card's securing screw.
Step 2 Grasping the card by the handle, keep the card vertical while lifting straight up to disconnect it from its socket and remove
it from the chassis.

Step 3 Repeat this procedure, as needed, for each PCIe card that needs to be replaced.
