Step 14 Remove the mainboard.
a) Using a screwdriver or your fingers, loosen the two thumbscrews and detach the mainboard from the CPU Tray.

b) Using a Phillips screwdriver, loosen the two thumbscrews and remove the twenty screws.

c) Grasp the Mainboard and Bracket and separate them.
