If the upload or verification is not successful, the progress window displays a failure message.

Click OK to close the progress window. Try the upload again.
Software Update Success
This window confirms that the software upload and verification completed successfully. To go to the
Administration | System Reboot screen, click the highlighted link.
We strongly recommend that you clear your browser’s cache after you update the software image: delete
all the browser’s temporary internet files, history files, and location bar references.

Software Update Error
This window appears if there was an error in uploading or verifying the image file. You may have
selected the wrong file. Try the update again, or contact Cisco support.
