To resolve a lost or incorrect IP address on your CleaverBrooks Gateway: first, ensure that FieldServer Toolbox is loaded on your PC, downloading it from the Sierra Monitor Resource Center if needed. Then, open the FS Toolbox Utility and click 'Discover Now'. If you need to correct the IP address, click the settings icon for your gateway, select 'Network Settings', change the IP address, and save by clicking 'Update IP Settings'.
