FURNACEDESIGN
The 90 Plus furnace line offers two
models: a dedicated upflow and a
down/low/horizontal unit. There are
six furnace inputs: 45,000 BTUH,
60,000 BTUH, 75,000 BTUH, 90,000
BTUH, 105,000 BTUH, and 120,000
BTUH. All models use either
standard hot surface igniters or direct
spark ignition to light the burners. An
integrated furnace control monitors
and controls furnace operation. All
have direct drive blowers.
There is a difference between
this 90 Plus furnace and other
condensing furnaces. Combustion air
can be supplied to the furnace either
from the outside, or it can come from
the indoor space.
