Step 3 Check the box to add alarm input channel.
The displayed alarm input channel amount here depends on the camera
amount.
Step 4 Click Add button to add alarm and then click Exit button.
System goes back to Figure 4-181.
Check to set alarm parameters. Please refer to chapter 4.14.8.1 for
detailed information.
Step 5 Check the box to enable HDCVI alarm function. Click Apply or Save to
complete setup.
4.14.8.4 IPC External Alarm
IPC external alarm is the on-off alarm signal from the front-end device and can activate
the local HDVR.
Step 1 From Main menu->Setting->Event->Alarm->IPC external.
Enter IPC external interface. See
Figure 4-183.
