a) Video quality setting is too low.
b) Program read error, bit data is too small, and there is full of mosaic in the screen.
Please firstly try to restart the DVR to solve this problem.

a) It is not an active speaker.
b) Audio cable is damaged.
c) Audio function of sub stream is not enabled during remote monitoring.

A: There are the following possibilities:
a) Audio function is not enabled.
b) The corresponding channel has no video input. Playback is not continuous when the
screen is blue.
10) Q: System time is not correct.
A: There are the following possibilities:
a) Setting is not correct.
b) Poor battery contact or voltage is too low.
c) Battery is out of power and need to be replaced.
d) Crystal oscillator is poor.
