5.2.4.2 Alarm Event Settings
You can enable the alarm message and customize the alarm sound.
Click the ALARM tab. Step 1
The ALARM interface is displayed. See Figure 5-46.

In the Alarm Type area, select one or several alarm types. Step 2
In the operation area, select the Message check box. Step 3
If the system displays the ALARM tab when the selected alarm type is triggered,
the displays on the ALARM tab and the system automatically records the
alarm information. Click the ALARM tab to clear the icon.
If the system displays the ALARM tab when the selected alarm type is triggered,
the alarm information displays in the table on the right side of the ALARM tab
interface.
In the Alarm Sound area, select the Play Alarm Sound check box and choose the Step 4
sound file.
If this function is supported by the browser, then perform this operation if needed.
When the selected alarm type is triggered, the system starts playing the alarm sound.
Configuring System Settings 5.3
In this section, when you have configured the settings for a channel, click Copy to apply the
configurations to other channels. Click Refresh to display the latest configuration. Click Default
to restore to factory default settings.
