SCARA ROBOT DCS ELECTRIC CONTROL INSTRUCTIONS
 Control type:
EC001 PLC timeout
Cause
1. PLC program too big, execution time too long.
2. Debug operation.
Check and Correction
1. Confirm PLC Debug is closed.
Solution
Alarm reset.
EC002 PLC Image load failed
Cause
The library version in the PLC Image does not match with the system.
Check and Correction
Check whether the controller parameter P1-01 is 1; if so, version mismatch is
caused by firmware update. Please update to the same version of PLC Image.
Solution
Alarm reset.
EC003 PLC Exception
Cause
PLC execution error.
Check and Correction
Please refer to the following error message for troubleshooting.
