Spindle Run‑in (Warm‑up)
Spindle run-in (warm-up) may be required to stabilize the rotation of the spindle.
Situations Requiring This Work
When installing the machine
When replacing the spindle unit
When the machine has not been used for a prolonged period
Before use on days when the ambient temperature is low
Procedure
Close the front cover and turn on the power.
Show VPanel.

In the top window of VPanel, select the machine to operate.
When multiple machines are connected, click
under MACHINE STATUS
to switch between machines.
Click .
The [Settings] dialog box will appear.
Click the "Maintenance" tab, and then click [Spindle run‑in].
Click [OK].
Run-in will begin.
When the operation complete message is displayed, the operation is complete.
