Retightening the Collet
Continuous milling will cause the collet to become loose, making it easy for the milling bur to come o. Periodically retighten the collet.
Recommended Interval for This Work
• Once a month, or when the total work time of the spindle exceeds 200 hours (with slight variation depending on the work
situation).

Detection pin Wrench (for spindles)
Procedure
Open the [Settings] dialog box.
In the top window of VPanel, select the machine to operate.
When multiple machines are connected, click
under MACHINE STA-
TUS to switch between machines.
Click .
The [Settings] dialog box will appear.
Click the "Maintenance" tab, and then click [Open
collet].
Open the collet.
