Parameter Description
Space Temperature Offset Value
Enter the value of the space temperature offset that is required. It is used to calibrate the
temperature reading of the controller. This value will be added to the temperature reading
(Hardware input, EC-Smart-Vue, EC-Smart-Air) to calculate the resulting space
temperature (AV1).
Return Temperature Offset Value
Enter the value of the return temperature offset that is required. It is used to calibrate the
temperature reading of the controller. This value will be added to the temperature reading
of UI3 to calculate the resulting return temperature (AV3).
Discharge Temperature Offset
Value
Enter the value of the discharge temperature offset that is required. It is used to calibrate
the temperature reading of the controller. This value will be added to the temperature
reading of UI4 to calculate the resulting discharge temperature (AV4).
Setpoint Offset Range
Enter the range of the setpoint offset. It is used to configure the setpoint offset range of
either a remote control or the room sensor.
EC-Smart-Vue Configuration
In this subsection, the settings for the EC-Smart-Vue sensor can be adjusted.

Type
Configure how the setpoint should be displayed and changed from the EC-Smart-Vue.
CoolHeatSP (cooling and heating dual setpoint)
SpOffset (room temperature setpoint offset)
SingleSP (midSetpoint or single setpoint based on deadband (heat and cool))
EC-Smart-Vue Lockout
Defines how much access a user of the Allure EC-Smart-Vue has to the controller’s
configuration parameters. Regardless of the access level of the Allure EC-Smart-Vue, the
controller’s configuration parameters cannot be modified through the Allure EC-Smart-
Vue except after a password is entered.
FullAccess (User can access all of the EC-Smart-Vue menus and configuration)
Sp&FanMode (User can change setpoints and fan mode only)
SpOnly (User can only change setpoints)
NoAccess (User can only view information)
Minimum Cooling Setpoint
Used to calculate the minimum value that can be configured for the occupied cooling
setpoint.
Maximum Cooling Setpoint
Used to calculate the maximum value that can be configured for the occupied cooling
setpoint.
Minimum Heating Setpoint
Used to calculate the minimum value that can be configured for the occupied Heating
setpoint.
Maximum Heating Setpoint
Used to calculate the maximum value that can be configured for the occupied Heating
setpoint.
Elevation
For accurate CO
2
concentration levels, input geographic elevation here if elevation is
greater than 500ft (152m) above sea level. By default, the sensor is factory calibrated to
sea level.
