SensorTempUnits (MSV11)
This variable is used to configure the units to be used on the EC-Smart-Vue.
ID Enumeration Default Value
Multi State Value 11
1 = Deg.C: degree-celcius
2 = Deg.F: degree-Fahrenheit
Deg.F
SensorsType (MSV12)
This variable is used to configure the type of sensors used for the temperature sensors.
ID Enumeration Default Value
Multi State Value 12
1 = 10K Type 2
2 = 10K Type 3
3 = PT1000
4 = NI1000@0C
5 = NI1000@22C
10K Type 2
OptStartMode (MSV13)
This variable is used to configure the optimum start mode. Using this variable, the optimum start block
can be disabled, enabled for cooling or heating only or enabled for both heating and cooling.
ID Enumeration Default Value
Multi State Value 13
1 = Auto (Optimum start for both cooling and heating setpoints)
2 = HeatOnly (Optimum start for heating setpoints only)
3 = CoolOnly (Optimum start for cooling setpoints only)
4 = Disable (Optimum start disabled)
Auto
HvacModeStatus (MSV14)
This Variable is used to display the actual havac mode status of the hvac controller. This variables is
calculated based on the value of HvacModeCmd (MSV2) , the heating and cooling load.
If HvacModeCmd is not Auto, HvacModeStatus wiil be forced into this mode.
If HvacModeCmd is set to Auto, the HvacModeStatus wiil be based on the heating and cooling loads.
When the cooling load is greather than 0, the system is et to Cool and if heating load is greather than
0, the sytem switch to Heat.
ID Enumeration Default Value
Multi State Value 14
1 = Auto (Mode determined by unit)
2 = Heat (Use heat setpoints)
3 = MrngWrmUp (Use heat setpoints)
4 = Cool (Use cool setpoints)
5 = NightPurge (Use cool setpoints)
6 = PreCool (Use cool setpoints)
7 = Off (No unit operation allowed)
Auto
OccupancyStatus (MSV15)
This variable is used to display the actual occupancy status of the hvac controller.
The OccupancyStatus is based on the RoomOccupancy (BV24) and the OccupancyCmd (MSV1). The
RoomOccupancy is managed by the presence detection and also the occupancy function of the EC-
Smart-Vue, the EC-Sensor-SO and the EC-Smart-Comfort. The following table details the value of Oc-
cupancyStatus based on the different operating values.
