18 ECY-303 Preloaded Applications
SpaceHumidity (AV11)
This variable is used to display the actual space humidity from either UI6, UI7 or UI8 Input. This vari-
able can be used to override the space humidity. It is only used if either UI6Config(MSV28), UI7Con-
fig(MSV29) or UI7Config(MSV30) is configured for SpaceHumidity or either an EC-Smart-Vue or an
EC-Smart-Air with –H option is connected to the system The reading of the inputs can be scaled using
UI6Range(MVS20), UI7Range(MVS21) or UI8Range(MVS22).

OutdoorHumidity (AV12)
This variable is used to display the actual outdoor humidity from either UI6, UI7 or UI8 Input. This vari-
able can be used to override the outdoor humidity. It is only used if either UI6Config(MSV28), UI7Con-
fig(MSV29) or UI7Config(MSV30) is configured for OutdoorHumidity. The reading of the inputs can be
scaled using UI6Range(MVS20), UI7Range(MVS21) or UI8Range(MVS22).

Elevation (AV13)
This variable must be set for any elevation above 152m to obtain the highest elevation compensation
accuracy for the EC-Smart-Vue or EC-Smart-Air CO2 reading: The sensor will automatically compen-
sate CO
2
readings for a number of factors including the current room temperature and the elevation.

OptStartCoolFactor (AV14)
This variable is used to configure the number of minutes required by the system to lower the room
temperature by 1 Degrees-Celsius (°C) .The optimum start algorithm will use this variable to calculate
the required pre cooling start time.

OptStartHeatFactor (AV15)
This variable is used to configure the number of minutes required by the system to raise the room tem-
perature by 1 Degrees-Celsius (°C) .The optimum start algorithm will use this variable to calculate the
required morning warmup start time.

Shedding (AV16)
This variable is used to receive a shedding signal from a network controller. This variable will then be
used to shed the electric loads of the unit.

SingleSP (AV17)
This variable is used to set EffectSP (AV50), ActCoolSP (AV36) and ActHeatSP (AV37) based on Mid-
dle setpoint between Cool setpoints and Heat setpoints or based on heat and cool Deadband, only if
SingleSP (AV17) is not “null” and ComSensorSpType (MSV16) is set to SingleSp.
