However, since a BCD source cannot represent negative numbers, a negative
numeric conversion at QV is simply a theoretical case.
Values greater than 9999999 are output as 161061273.
Values less than –9999999 are output as –161061273.
The working range of the function block has been exceeded.
Example for BCD operating mode
For simulation purposes in easySoft 8, function block input I1 can be connected to a
marker double word instead of to a BCD source. The value of this marker double
word can be entered in hexadecimal or decimal format. It will always be interpreted
as BCD at function block input I1.
