If the circuit breaker fails more than once, this usually indicates that
another component has failed. Continue troubleshooting other
components.

Main circuit breaker trips
when plugging the power
supply into an electrical
outlet.
Inspect line connection cables. If failed, replace.
Main circuit breaker trips
during weld cycle.
Check current rating of the
main circuit breaker.
If failed, replace.
Main circuit breaker fails
during power up.
Check main circuit breaker
current rating.
If incompatible,
replace main circuit
breaker.
When touching a component
of the weld system, you get a
slight electrical shock.
Ensure the Ground cable is
connected properly.
