Using the CLI to Configure WEP Shared Key Security
Fromtheinterfacewirelessorinterfacewireless:VAPconfigurationmodes,usethe
authenticationcommandtoenableWEPsharedkeyauthenticationandtheencryptioncommand
toenableWEPencryption.Usethecipher‐suitecommandtoselectWEPciphertypefor
broadcastingandmulticasting.ToenterWEPkeys,usethekeycommand(from
theinterface
wirelessmodeonly),andthensetonekeyasthetransmitkeyusingthetransmitkeycommand.If
necessary,disable802.1xportauthenticationwiththeno802.1xcommand.
