TheRBT‐4102canbeconfiguredtosendeventanderrormessagestoaSystemLogServer.The
systemclockcanalsobesynchronizedwithatimeserver,sothatallthemessagessenttothe
Syslogserverarestampedwiththecorrecttimeanddate.
TheRBT‐4102supportsa
loggingprocessthatcancontrolerrormessagessavedtomemoryorsent
toaSyslogserver.Theloggedmessagesserveasavaluabletoolforisolatingaccesspointand
networkproblems.
Using Web Management to Configure System Log
SelectSystemLogfromthemenu.
• SystemLogSetupenablestheloggingoferrormessages.Default:Disable
• Server(1,2,3,4)enablesthesendingoflogmessagestoaSyslogserverhost.Default:Disable
–ServerName/IPistheIPaddressornameofaSyslogserver.
–ServerUDPPortspecifiestheUDP
porttouseonthatserver.
• LoggingConsoleenablestheloggingoferrormessagestotheconsole.
