Deleting the form overlay data in the Hard Disk
Drive
This procedure can be performed only by a network
administrator running Windows XP/2000/NT 4.0. Use the
following steps to delete a form overlay.
1. Login to Windows XP, Windows 2000, or Windows NT 4.0 as
an administrator.
2. To access the printer driver from Windows, click
Start
,point
to
Settings
, and then select
Printers
. Next, right-click the
EPSON AL-CXXXX Advanced
icon and then select
Properties
.
3. Select the
Optional Settings
tab.
4. Click the
Delete
button.
5. To delete all forms, select the
Delete All
radio button and then
click the
Delete
button. To delete one or more forms, enter the
form ID in the
Form Name
text box and then click the
Delete
button. If you want to check the registered forms, click the
Print List
button to print a list of registered forms.
6. Click the
Back
button.
7. Click
OK
to close the window.
Distributing the Printer Driver Automatically
The automatic distribution function of the printer driver makes it
easy to distribute the printer driver to clients on the network.
