Installing the Epson Universal P6 Printer Driver (for
Windows Only)
Note:
This driver is only available for the WF-5690 Series.
Epson Universal P6 Printer Driver is the universal PCL6 compatible print driver that has the following features:
❏ It supports the basic print functions needed for business situations.
❏ It supports multiple Epson business printers besides this printer.
❏ It supports most languages among the print drivers for this printer.

Installing the Printer Driver

Insert the printer Software Disc into your computer's CD/DVD drive.
Note:
If your computer does not have a CD/DVD drive, download the driver from the Epson Web site, and then install it.

If your CD/DVD drive is D:, double-click EP_P6x86.exe in the D:\Driver\PCLUniversal\Win32\ for 32-bit
Windows OS or EP_P6x64.exe in the D:\Driver\PCLUniversal\Win64\ for 64-bit Windows OS.
Note:
Change the drive letter as needed for your system.Follow the on-screen instructions.After the installation is done,
access your printer’s Properties to customize the settings and Printing Preferences to make the appropriate printer
driver settings.
The printer driver’s online help provides details on printer driver settings.
Uninstalling Your Software
You may need to uninstall and then reinstall your software to solve certain problems or if you upgrade your operating
system.
