Arguments:
• port <port> - ECN port number 1-27.
• protocol-migration enable/disable – Enable or disable
port migration status for spanning tree.
Default Setting
Disabled.
Command Usage
If at any time the switch detects STP BPDUs, including Configuration or
Topology Change Notification BPDUs, it will automatically set the selected
interface to forced STP-compatible mode. However, the spanning-tree pro-
tocol-migration command can be used at any time to manually recheck the
appropriate BPDU format to send on the selected interfaces (RSTP or STP-
compatible).

Use this command to ensure that the End-user traffic will continue when the
ECN is down. This option can only be used when EDN312x is used in the
EAN and with a expansion kit (extra ECN). Only EDN288x is supported.
Command level: ecn330(config)#.

ecn redundancy work-mode {active|standby}
Arguments:
• work-mode active/standby- Redundancy work mode of the
ECN.
