Command level: ecn330(config system)#.
Syntax
ntp client {enable|disable}
ntp server-ip <IP_address>
Arguments:
client enable/disable – Enable or disable the NTP and cli-
ent of the ECN.
server-ip <IP_address> – The IP address of the NTP server
that the ECN should synchronize with. This commando also en-
ables the NTP client.
Default Setting
ntp enabled
IP address 0.0.0.0
Command Usage
Use the ntp command to set the IP address of the central NTP Server to
synchronizes with and enable or disable the NTP client.
ENC comprises a NTP client and a NTP server. The NTP server is used as
the central server by the embedded nodes. Note that when the calendar
command has been executed, the NTP server and client are automatically
stopped.
Note: When the NTP server is not running, the IP DSLAMs would not be
able to use the remote storage. For more information about the re-
mote storage function, please refer to the IP DSLAM User Guide.

ecn330(config system)# ntp server-ip 192.168.1.3
ecn330(config system)# ntp client enable
