Engine mount
71-20 Check bolts: engine-engine mount, engine mount-
firewall for condition, attachment, security of
attachment.
71-20 Check rubber silentblocks for condition; replace
those cracked and excessively deformed.
Engine air intake

Check air filter for condition, attachment and security;
impure filter clean acc. to the engine manual, replace
damaged filter.
71-60 Check airbox for condition and attachment.
76-10 Check carburetor control for condition, control cables
attachment, thermal protection.
Battery
24-30 Check battery for condition, attachment and security.
24-30 Check level of battery charge; charge as required.
24-30 Check cables for condition and attachment; replace
damaged cables.
24-30 Do the battery capacity test – min. 80 % capacity
(applied for annual inspection only).
24-30 Do the SV-BAT-320 or IBBS-12v-3ah backup batte-
ries capacity test (applied for annual inspection only).
Wiring of engine
Check wires and harness for condition, integrity,
connections, attachment and grounding.
