Q1: How to obtain the IP address of FT600(K)SIP
A1: ✔ For FT600SIP
While FT600 power up normally, hold the call button for 5 seconds after the
statue LED turns blue and it will enter into IP announcement mode. In
announcement mode, the IP address will be announced 1x.
✔ For devices FT600KSIP:
While FT600KSIP power up normally, press “*3258*” and it will enter into IP
announcement mode. In announcement mode, the IP address will be
announced 1x.
✔Common method:
Using an IP Scanner to search Fasttel devices in the same LAN network.
Q2: What is the supported temperature range for Fasttel doorphone?
A2: 14° to 112°F (-10° to 45°C)
Q3: Do Fasttel devices support Modbus protocol?
A3: No.
Q4: Which version of ONVIF does FT600(K)SIP support?
A4: Onvif 18.04 profiles
