Part 01
1. Do a Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) for the machine.
WARNING! Failure to properly shut down the system could result in injury to personnel or
equipment damage.
2. Turn off the supply air, and then disconnect the pneumatic line and high-pressure tubing from
the valve.
3. Open the clamp and remove the cutting head assembly, including the on/off valve
assembly. Take the assembly to a clean work area for repair.
