[Polling Interval]
Configure the interval for polling the POP3 server for email.
[Login Name]
Enter the name to log in to the POP3 server.

Configure the password for POP receiving.
[POP Password Encryption]
Configure whether to encrypt the password.
[SMTP Server Settings]
You can check the connection status between the machine and the SMTP server by tapping [Connection Test] to
send a test email to the specified email address from the machine. In addition, if [Connection Test] > [Print SMTP
Comm Report] is selected, a report is output that displays the content of the protocol of SMTP communication sent
and received by the machine.
[SMTP Server Name / IP Address]
Enter the server name or IP address of the SMTP server.
[SMTP Server Port Number]
Configure the port number of the SMTP server.
[Email Send Authentication]
Configure the authentication method for the SMTP server.
Note
The following authentication methods are compatible: AUTH GSSAPI (only when Kerberos is specified), AUTH NTLMv2,
AUTH NTLMv1, AUTHPLAIN, AUTH LOGIN, and AUTH CRAM-MD5.

Configure the login name of the SMTP server.

Configure the authentication password of the SMTP server.

When ApeosWare Management Suite 2 is used as an authentication server, select [Authentication Agent].
