6 Changing the Machine Settings
[Font List]
Print the fonts that can be used by this machine.
[PCL Font List]
Print the fonts that can be used by PCL.
[PostScript Font List]
Print the fonts that can be used by PostScript.
[DocuWorks Printer Settings List]
Print the settings for DocuWorks Direct Print.
[Job Counter Report]
Print counter reports by function. Check an itemization of actual use (number of copies printed, number of uses, etc.)
and cumulative total of unused time (standby time, Low Power Mode time, Sleep Mode time, power-off time, etc.)
for each function in minutes.
[Error History Report]
Check information related to errors that occurred on this machine.
Up to 50 of the latest errors are printed on the Error history report.
Note
[Error History Report] can also be specified on the [Print Reports] screen from [Job Status] > [Job History Report].
When the checkbox of [Reports] > [Print Reports] has been cleared, [Error History Report] is not displayed. For details,
refer to "[Reports]" (P.108).
[Notifications]
Trouble statuses, replacement intervals, and other important messages are displayed in order of importance as
notifications from the machine.
You can check the details by selecting a notification.
[Paper Tray Settings]

[Common Settings]
[Custom Paper Name / Color]
A name is added to [Custom Type 1] to [Custom Type 5] and [Custom Paper Color 1] to [Custom Paper Color 5].
[Change Paper Settings During Loading]
Configure whether to display the Change-settings screen of the target tray when removing and inserting a paper
tray.
Note
Tray 5 (Bypass) cannot be configured.
[Paper Type Priority]
You can configure the priority of paper trays to be used by paper type when paper of the same size and orientation
as the original has been loaded in multiple paper trays by browsing to the [Paper/Output] tab in the printer driver
and configuring [Select By Tray] to [Automatically Select] before printing.
