10.5 Installing storage
Note
To prevent data leaks, the storage (optional) can only be used by printer upon which it is first installed. The storage
cannot be removed and installed in another printer.
1. Press the <Power/Power Saver> button, and then select [Power Off Device] to turn off the power.
2. Unplug the power cord from the outlet and the machine.
3. Remove the rear right cover of the machine.
4. Loosen the rear cover screws in two locations.
5. Pull the rear cover toward you to remove it.
