9 Troubleshooting
5. Remove the jammed staples (1), and then return the metal part pushed down in Step 4 to the original position
(2).
6. Return the booklet staple cartridge to its original position.
7. Slightly push upwards, and make sure that it clicks into place.
Note

Return so that of the booklet staple cartridge and of the Booklet Maker Unit are lined up.
8. Return the booklet unit to its original position.
9. Close the finisher front cover.
