ADC # PWX-1LFA2DF fuse panel manufactured by ADC Telecommunications, Inc. Refer to ADC
documentation for installation instructions for the ADC # PWX-1LFA2DF fuse panel. This unit can be ordered
through Fujitsu using part number PC15L-0001-C083#01.
