Range: 1 to 255 seconds in steps of 1 sec.

This line sets the threshold for the overvoltage alarm as a percentage of VT primary. The
alarm level programmed here is compared to the average voltage received from the meter.
Range: 101 to 115% of VT or OFF, in steps of 1%
