This line sets the time that a power factor trip condition must persist to facilitate a trip.
Range: 1 to 255 seconds in steps of 1 sec.
Factory Value = 5 seconds

This setpoint is used to set the positive KVAR limit threshold for a kvar alarm condition.
Range: 100 to 25000 KVARS or OFF, in steps of 100
