3.11.2 Sine generator calibration
Instructions
Follow the instructions below to calibrate the sine generator. This must be done when-
ever the Main Board is replaced.
The Main Board may only be replaced by a GE service engineer.

Use Manual Run to empty any liquid present in the conductivity flow path.1
Remove the end connectors on the conductivity flow cell and blow oil-free
air through the cell to remove the last traces of liquid.
Navigate to screen 3 in Settings and service. Tap Conductivity.2
Result: The Conductivity screen opens.
Result: The Advanced calibration screen opens.
Tap Calibrate sine gen.3
Result: The sine generator is calibrated and the Cell resistance value is dis-
played on the screen.
Check that the Cell resistance value is 60 000 000 ohms.4
If a different value is displayed, clean the conductivity flow cell and recali-
brate. If the value is stoöö incorrect after repeated attempts, contact GE
service.
