Check the condition of the
pump tubing.
•
Check that there is no block-
age on the inlet (or outlet).

Open the pump head and
visually check if the pump
rollers are rotating freely
when starting the Pump
from the Diagnostics
screen.
If not, check if the Pump
connector is connected or if
anything is stuck between
the rollers.
The rollers are not rotating.No flow from
the Pump.
