Description
UV LED calibration is used for calibrating the UV LED intensity to get the desired response
level of the photo detector.

Instructions
Follow the instructions below to calibrate the UV LED.
ActionStep
Make sure that:1
•
The UV flow cell is assembled tightly.
•
The inlet and outlet tubing and the fingertight connectors are properly
tightened to block any stray light from entering the UV flow cell.
•
The system is not exposed to direct sunlight.
Flush the UV flow cell with demineralized water using the Pump. Make sure
that there are no air bubbles in the UV flow cell.

Tap UV LED calibration.3
Result: The following screen opens.
Set the Light strength value to 500 using up/down arrows or enter the value.4
Tap Calibrate.
