Option Box installation
Calibration and adjustments
No calibrations or adjustments are needed after these parts replacement.
Verification
Perform the following steps to verify that the product is functioning as intended after this replacement:
1.) Verify that all screws removed earlier have been installed.
2.) Connect cables and Probes removed earlier.
3.) Power up the system to verify that it operates as intended.
4.) Perform a test print, if Printer is present.

1. Position the replacement Option Box up, slightly and turn it toward the Main Power Supply and
continue to position the Option Box onto the studs to secure the Option Box to the Option
Bracket. Three are underneath the Option Box, in slots.
Re-install the flange nuts. Tighten all the nuts, alternately, using a 7 mm driver.
2. Transfer the Rear I/O, Patient I/O Filler or Patient I/O Option, if present.
3.
Place the Subwoofer cable and grounding clamp into the Option Box.
Re-install the screw to secure the clamp to the Option Box. MAKE SURE the clamp is grounding
the cable.
4.
Re-install the Battery Bracket Assembly.
Install the flange nut and secure the Battery Bracket Assembly to the Option Bracket.
5. Install the Batteries last.
Re-install the 4D Cover, if present and re-connect all cabling to the Backplane.
6. Re-install the Printer Tray, Printer Filler Storage or the Printer, if present
7. Re-connect the Batteries and install the Battery Cover.
8. Re-install all other covers removed.
