No light: power is OFF.Green light: power is ON.
Normal and forced shutdown
If the Power button is pressed once, a normal shutdown is performed. If the button is
pressed and held, a forced shutdown is performed.
The following table describes normal shutdown and forced shutdown.
DescriptionType of shutdown
All processes are stopped. The system waits
for acknowledgement from the processes be-
fore shutting down the instrument.
Normal shutdown: press the Power
button once.
All processes are stopped. The instrument is
shut down immediately.
Forced shutdown: press and hold
the Power button.
Power failure
The result of a power failure or emergency shutdown depends on which unit is affected.

The data collected before the power failure is
stored in the instrument and can be saved when
power returns.
