Withthisconguration,whentheswitchingON/OFFoftheparametersenablingthePIDfunctioniscarriedout,
theregulatoroutputstartsfrom0.
BeforeenablingthePIDregulatorandtheloopclosingitisnecessarytocheckthematchingbetweentheset
tensionandthetensionmeasuredbytheloadingcell.
Theloadingcellhastobetunedinordertohaveananalogoutput=10Vconnectedtothemaximumtensionon
therequiredmaterial.
Withaloadedmachinestartthewinder/unwinderbysettingatensionof50%.
CheckthevaluesoftheparametersAct tension ref(0¸100%,tensionsetintheTorquewindermenu)andPid
feedback (0¸10000,loadingcellfeedbackinthePIDmenu).Thetwovaluesmustbethesame.
Ifnot,actontheparameterTension scale tillthetwoparametersreachthesamevalues.
Afterthisparameterizationhasbeencarriedout,itispossibletostartthetestswiththematerial.
ImprovethesystemstabilityviathedifferentcomponentsoftheblocksPIandPDPID.
