Using the Slitter
This chapter provides how to use the slitter.
To set the label material, align the slitter to the position where the label material is passed through the slitter.
CAUTION
•
When using the slitter, the separator (weeding) must be used. The slitter cannot cut the adhesive seal of label material.
•
When using the slitter, the media winder must be used. If it is not used, problems such as the cut paper is folded or creased may
occur.
Supplement
•
It is not possible to adjust the position of slitter in a state in which the label material has been set.
•
When the label material has been set, set the slitter after cutting the label material in front of the slitter.
•
Media might not be cut in high humidity environment. The slitter must be used in 70% or less humidity environment.
Unnecessary media edge that was cut in the slitter enters in the stand through the stand opening.
If necessary, please prepare the receiving box such as a paper box, etc.
