Setting the Offset
The OFFSET (TOOL OFFSET) setting is to adjust a tip of the blade length when cutting. Set it in accordance with
the guidelines on the tool conditions of tool type. (Refer to “Blade model, displayed blade type and Offset value”
described above.)
Refer to “2.13 Running Cutting Tests” to adjust the blade length.
Settable range: -5 to +5

Press the POSITION ( ) keys to select the CUT
CONDITION (The selected item is highlighted.). Then, press

Cond No. selection screen is displayed.

Press the POSITION ( ) keys to select the TOOL OFFSET.
Supplement
•
What is the Offset
It will adjust the difference between the tip
of the blade in the plunger and the center of
the plunger. There are standard adjustment
values for each cutter blades. Fine adjustment
will be made to that standard values here.
(Adjustment will be made with standard value
as 0.)

Settable range is -5 to +5.
