Measurement Preparations
By attaching the strap, the instrument can be used hung it from
the operator's neck. Attach the strap as described below.

2.1 Attaching the Strap
Attach four ends of the Strap securely to the instru-
ment.
If insecurely attached, the instrument may fall and
be damaged or result in injury when carrying.
1. Turn off the power to th
e
instrument and remove th
e
test lead.
2. Run the strap through the tw
o
attachments on either side
of
the instrument and fasten it
in
place with the buckles.
3. Adjust the length of the strap
.
The instrument can be
placed in the portable case
even with the strap attached
.
